Insurance Administration: Annual review of the condominium master policy insurance coverage to ensure compliance with the Associations By-Laws and other liability coverage; liaison between Association and Insurance Broker; claims review, processing, and tracking; obtain periodic appraisal (paid for by the Association); manage bid process; negotiate adjustments to coverage.
Ensure compliance with the Condominium Legal Documents and Rules and Regulation
Implementation of the collection process
Trustee election preparation and processing, trustee certificate drafting, execution, and notarization
Upkeep of Trustee meeting minutes file
Document preparation for the sale and refinance of the condominium units; drafting, execution, and notarization of 6(d) certificates, certificate of insurance requests, condominium legal documents, condominium financial records, etc
Daily electronic back up of association’s records
Open door policy during working hours for condominium owners
Electronic and hard copy storage of association’s records
Legal Administration: Liaison with Association’s counsel, oversight of Trustee change registration, registration of changes to Master Documents, litigation support
